The theme

Build for the phone in your pocket.

The default theme is mobile apps built on Solana, the easiest way to put a product in front of real users. Up to three tracks run on the day, each named and set by a track sponsor. A presenting sponsor can set its own theme instead, from AI agents to payments, and we announce it before registration opens.

Three tracks, at most

01

Consumer mobile

Apps people open every day: social, games, collectibles, habits and payments with friends.

02

AI on mobile

Assistants and agents on the phone that take real actions for the person holding it.

03

First-time builders

For students and teams at their first hackathon, judged on what they learned and shipped.

Track names change when a sponsor claims a track. If a presenting sponsor sets the theme, the tracks follow it.

The day

One day, from idea to demo.

Doors open at 08:00, building starts at 09:30, and code freezes at 16:30 so the judges can see every project before the finalist demos at 18:00.

  1. Check-in and breakfast

  2. Building starts

  3. Lunch

  4. Code freeze

  5. Finalist demos

  6. Awards and close
