Judging round
Judges visit every team and score it on the published criteria.

Finalists announced
Up to 10 teams go through to the stage.

Finalist demos
Three minutes of demo and two minutes of questions per team.
19:00–19:30
Judges deliberate
Everyone else can try the other projects at the community showcase.

Awards and close
Winners announced, group photo, and home by 20:00.
